EMEA Director for Rewards and Benefits at Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE). Having joined Compaq in Dublin as HR administrator, I moved across multiple HR functions including HR Business Partner and ultimately into Compensation and Benefits where I am a proven strategic human resources leader working as a key contributor in delivering attractive, competitive and compliant benefits and compensation to over 30 countries and 20000+ employees in Europe, Middle East and Africa. With 20+ years of experience in global, matrix and diverse organisation, and experience gained across a range of HR roles in Ireland and internationally, I partner, influence, and collaborate with the business, COEs and stakeholders to gain trust and credibility by applying solid professional knowledge, empathy and integrity in every challenge we face. I’m passionate about my job and specifically about Wellness @ HPE. At HPE we don’t just invest in programmes, we encourage our team members and allow them time and flexibility to DO what they need.
Having worked in Compensation and Benefits for the last 15 years, I love the variety of the role. Each day brings a new challenge and focus, from ensuring compliance across all benefits and compensation, to driving new benefits forward, working to support team members in fast moving markets or critical situation or driving a diverse wellness programme. I’m specifically passionate about our Wellness Programme and at HPE we recognise that this a journey unique to each person so we try to cater to as many team members and their families as possible. The HPE Global Wellness Program provides best-in-class programs, resources, and education for total well-being -addressing team members and their family’s physical, financial, mental, and community well-being needs. Being able to drive these programme forward for EMEA is immensely rewarding - seeing results which clearly show the direct impact on team members lives and how my team make a difference every day.

Currently overseeing the People and Culture department across EMEA, I have the opportunity to impact the way we recruit, retain, train, develop and care for employees, as well as cultivate a healthy culture, guided by the core values of empathy, efficiency and improvement. The most thrilling and fulfilling part of my job is working alongside a team of determined and creative professionals by whom I am inspired every day and seeing our goals become a reality every year. I am keen on improving myself as a being and the environment around me, while supporting others in their journey. What the role of People and Culture Director uniquely brings, compared to other roles, is the opportunity to witness how diverse people are and how everyone has unique traits and qualities, to notice how motivations and behaviors differ, and to see that despite the differences and similarities they share, we achieve together the same goal, making the same mission become a reality. Being able to be an active actor towards achieving business development with a strong team focus is very special to me.

I love working for people in a topic which touch their employee life cycle by keeping company strategy in mind. I am enjoying to use my analytical skills from my engineering background but also able to work for fairness and diversity on a concrete area. I always want to have the chance to work on several projects including digitalization perspectives where I can also use my project management and information management skills. That is why Total Rewards is the most interesting topic in HR processes for me. I had the chance to be involved in total rewards activities on country level, subregional level, regional level but I am enjoying to work mostly in global level to drive strategic targets, operational excellence and digitalization.
I am a results-driven professional with extensive experience in the field of Total Rewards. Currently, I serve as the EMEA Total Rewards Senior Manager at F5, where I am looking after 20+ countries. Prior to this role, I honed my expertise as an International Consultant at Mercer, helping global organizations optimize their benefits. Prior to F5, I have held roles at Siemens and EY as an in-house C&B Manager. Passionate about my work, I thrive on designing innovative reward programs that help the business to attract, retain, and motivate top talent. I am committed to driving employee engagement and organizational excellence.
I love that my work directly impacts employees’ lives and well-being as well as the fact that my efforts contribute to people’s job satisfaction and financial security. I truly enjoy crafting competitive rewards programs that are aligned to the company’s goals while making sure that they are fair, transparent, and inclusive, Last but not least, in total rewards there is a limitless number of opportunities to be creative and exposed to a constant learning.
