My experiences also includes management of affiliate transactions and the insider trading policy, proxy and financial reporting, M&A transactions, monitoring and implementation of regulatory developments worldwide, as well as administration of special equity-related projects which included but were not limited to the options exchange program, special dividend/dividend reinvestment issuance, share depository transition and stock plan system conversions.
I am vastly experienced in equity plan systems and broker equity administration services. In addition to my broad experience as an equity compensation professional, I worked closely with NYSE, TASE (Tel Aviv stock exchange), custodian banks and brokers worldwide.
I am a Certified Equity Professional, and regularly speaks at equity compensation events and supports the Global Equity Organization as a member of the Issuer Advisory Council and Israeli Chapter Leadership Team. Outside of work, I enjoy cultural and sporting events with my three children, as well as acting as active soccer player on women's league.
