In this session, we will share our insights and best practices of the Gap Year Program (GYP) at the Oetker Group. Gap Year Programs can be an effective measure to attract and engage young talent while benefitting your teams at the same time. We aim to provide hands-on guidance on how to build your own Gap Year Program on a budget.
In the presentation you will learn:
o As Director People Experience at Oetker Digital I build on a Master's degree in Organisational Psychology with years of People & Talent experience in Berlin's digital scene. I combine evidence-based expertise, a systemic approach and a good dose of pragmatism to balance the line between the Start-up and Corporate world within the Oetker-Group.
With a Master’s degree in Management, starting my carreer in Marketing and Strategy, I bring a wide perspective to business dynamics and people topics. My international experience has enriched my understanding of diverse markets, cultures and people. Realizing that my true passion is to develop people in my role as team lead in marketing, I decided to become a business and agile learning coach three years ago. Currently, I contribute to the success of the Oetker Group, leading the department of Talent & HR-Projectmanagement. Beyond work, I find joy in playing basketball and exploring the world through backpacking adventures.
In my role, I thrive on connecting people, developing talents, and shaping the future. The blend of strategic planning and hands-on tasks keeps me engaged, and the diversity within the Oetker Group fuels my excitement.
