Sonja is passionate about helping organizations achieve their business strategy through their people whilst also bringing human back into human resources through positive experiences with talent processes. Over 20+ years in healthcare, consulting, and manufacturing at Sandoz, Novartis, McKesson, Capgemini, and Bombardier, she has been delivering value to the business with each talent initiative across Europe, and in the US and Canada. In Sonja’s current role as Global Head of Talent for Sandoz, she is building a newly integrated function that includes talent acquisition, talent management, leadership development, learning, culture as well as DEIB to break down barriers for a better employee experience and use insights from the employee lifecycle to amplify our people’s growth and their contribution to our business success.
