• Employee engagement: leverage a comprehensive listening strategy beyond the Annual Survey with regular pulse checks and the creation of a group of country internal influencers
• Diversity, Equity & Inclusion: amplify Sanofi DE&I strategy by driving a dedicated business unit roadmap (ambitious KPIs defined and quarterly shared with the Executive Leadership Team, raising awareness through experiential workshops, promotion of global ERGs, embedding diversity in our business priorities: e.g. : inclusive marketing, procurement)
• Learning & development: build a culture of development first (regular Individual development Plan conversation) + design and deliver a Leadership Curriculum for middle managers
• Organizational Development: provide a change management methodology for all internal transformational project (engagement of leaders + up-skilling of People function and dedicated ambassadors)
• People Communication: maximize the impact of the employee-centric initiatives exploring engaging ways of communicating around People topics
• Sustainability: global coordination of the people-related topics for the B Corp certification, definition of a volunteering policy
