Niko Lymberopoulos is responsible for Global Total Rewards & Mobility at GEA Group AG since 2020. As an executive, expert, and consultant, he has international experience in various personnel management fields with focus on compensation management, as well as an HR Business Partner. He has driven various organizational developments with Total Rewards programs and led comprehensive change management in corporate and consulting projects.
