As the Global People, Purpose, and Policy Chief Technology & Innovation Officer at Cisco, I lead the exploration, design, and development of innovative workforce experiences and solutions across various HR related areas.
My work at Cisco is centered on identifying emerging shifts in the work landscape, anticipating pivotal challenges, and exploring their impact on individuals, teams, and leadership within organizations. A special emphasis is placed on advancing AI strategies that enable Cisco to adapt more readily, work more efficiently, and unlock our innovative potential.
My team crafts and tests groundbreaking technologies and experiences, ensuring Cisco remains a leader in shaping the future of purpose-driven work. We aim to deliver valuable, compelling, and delightful experiences. Our projects, which integrate technology, science, art, and design, have garnered international recognition, including invitations to exhibit at the Ars Electronica Festival (in 2022, 2021, and 2018) and selection by the ADI Design Index's international panel in 2021.
I bring extensive experience in international corporate environments, having gained broad expertise in Talent Management, Leadership Development and L&D through diverse roles and responsibilities, functionally (WW Sales), regionally (EMEA) and globally.
In addition to my role at Cisco, I serve as the Strategic Director at the Department of Innovation Design at the Institute of Art and Applied Arts (IAAD) in Italy.
My passion for science, art, design thinking, and blending theory with experiments forms the foundation of my innovative and forward-looking professional forma mentis.
I am a practicing optimist and proud father of two young women.
