As a psychologist and L&D specialist, I draw on a strong academic background and cross-industry experience to support organizations in identifying and developing their talent. My passion is helping organizations understand, develop, and empower their talent by bringing evidence-based methods from occupational and organizational psychology into everyday learning. I believe that when individuals grow in healthy, sustainable ways, organizations grow with them.
