My professional strengths came from over 15 years of business experience in Danone and Microsoft, in Corporate Strategic Purchasing combined with experience in HR, both at the local level and in HQs. In the Procurement field, I was successful in developing a regional strategy for 14 countries in Europe, building strategic partnerships and networks. Coming from a business background to the HR function allowed me to create value in building and redesigning HR processes and drive company's Learning and Development agenda. Further, I set up a successful Headhunting practice and gained a deep understanding of how to attract and select the best Talent.
