Dr. Josef Jäger-Gammel is a work and organizational psychologist. As Senior Project Manager at ATOSS Software SE, he is currently leading complex transformation and digitalization projects. As part of the ATOSS Strategy & Process Consulting team, he is also responsible for the competence center ‘Organization Development & Analytics’, where he shapes future methods for data-based change management, workforce strategy as well as organization development. Previously, he gained many years of experience as a freelance management consultant, lecturer and researcher.
His academic background includes a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Innsbruck. He further got a Ph.D. in Economic and Organizational Psychology from LMU University of Munich focusing on leadership and innovation.
Dr. Jäger-Gammel combines scientific expertise with practical experience to make companies more innovative and future-proof through better leadership, organization and HR management.
