As the Director of Total Rewards Europe at Autoliv, I bring over 20 years of experience in international and intercultural business contexts, with a focus on Rewards and Global Mobility. Since joining Autoliv in May 2018, I have had the excellent opportunity to build up the Europe Division Total Rewards area, creating new structures, processes, and global alignment. My role requires resilience, enthusiasm, and collaboration, embodying Autoliv's value of One Team. I feel honoured to collaborate across the globe with numerous functional areas and cultures on exciting projects, such as the design and roll-out of a Global Job Architecture. My passion for International HR, combined with my enthusiasm for creative activities, in a corporate environment that promotes innovation, enables me to think outside the box and explore new ways of working that drive the organization’s success.
