He is currently Director Global Compensation at Alstom, where he develops and implements global compensation strategies. Previously, he held various leadership positions in Total Rewards and Compensation & Benefits at Bombardier Transportation and Alstom. His expertise includes global compensation systems, mobility programs and performance-based incentive structures. With in-depth knowledge of international compensation policies and HR strategies, Daniel contributes significantly to the optimization of compensation models.
