Having held global positions at Ericsson and Klarna, David has dipped his toes in everything from massive shifts in talent planning to the design and rollout of cutting-edge equity programs. Before joining Aon, he headed People & Culture for a Food Tech startup with operations across Northern Europe.
Talent management has the potential to be an extremely exciting playground where psychology, analytics, organisational design and traditional HR interact to create powerful solutions.
