Hi, I'm Konstantina Held, a dedicated HR professional with a passion for learning & development, innovative workplace culture and skills management. In my free time, I enjoy being outdoors, from exploring the waves of Europe’s west coast to skiing in the alps.
I have been working at Electrolux Group since 2017, where I have spent some years diving deep into onboarding strategies, people engagement, learning and development and lately skills management. In my current role, I'm responsible for the global skills management strategy, where identifying skill-based practices together with other Talent Management Experts is key. Ultimately, we are working towards strategies that can help the organization to be prepared for the future. Overall, I've had my fair share of interesting experiences, like developing a global onboarding journey, designing leadership trainings & initiatives, driving global engagement surveys, enhancing digital learning strategies and currently identifying how skill-based practices can support our transformation journey going forward. I'm all about innovation, continuous improvement & business impact.
In my current job, I find purpose in challenging the status quo and exploring innovative ideas that positively impact our people and the business in terms of growth, engagement, and the future of work. What makes my job fulfilling is the collaboration with an international team on one side and the variety of deliverables in my day-to-day tasks on the other side. With 17 years of diverse HR experience across public and private sectors, I am the Head of Talent Management & People Partnering at Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance, a global health partnership that aims to save lives and protect health through immunization. I hold a postgraduate diploma in Organizational Psychology from the University of London International Programmes, as well as certifications in mediation, coaching, and MBTI.
