For the past 9 years at TomTom, I've been deeply involved in HR, leading teams, coaching leaders, and driving positive change. With 12 years of experience, I thrive as a people leader and genuine partner, prioritizing customer needs and constantly refining our methods. My passion lies in making HR an indispensable part of our company's success, focusing on initiatives that truly matter.
Currently, I lead a team of 12 in the people products domain. We embrace Agile methodologies and integrate design thinking into our approach, ensuring continuous innovation and responsiveness to evolving needs. My goal is simple: to enhance our workplace, increase efficiency, and foster a more rewarding experience for everyone involved.
