Managing compensation programs and processes across multiple countries is very complex. GEA uses an HR information system (HRIS) to integrate their global compensation programs into one central platform. This presentation will highlight GEA’s experience integrating global processes while reflecting local requirements, including the administration and management of bonus plans as well as the annual salary review process, into their HRIS. We will also discuss how GEA leveraged the HRIS across different regions and divisions to manage their global compensation decisions. Join us to learn from GEA’s experience and discover how HRIS integration can support global compensation management, simplify processes, and maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
